Instructions

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Add cumin into the oil and let it turn golden, then add all the other whole spices and sauté.

Pound ginger and garlic and add it along with the spices.

Add the onions (diced small) and cook until golden.

Now add diced tomato, carrots, potato, dill leaves (1/2 cup chopped) and add salt to taste.

Mix everything well and add water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Serve hot after the pressure is released.

Tips

This can be cooked in an earthen pot too for about 20 mins, close cook it. Steps are the same.
