Soak dates and cashew separately.

Discard cashew water and add dates with the water into the blender.

Add frozen banana, avocado, milk, and vanilla syrup, then blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl.

Cover the bowl with cling film touching the ice cream to prevent crystallization.

Once frozen, serve with crushed chikki.
