Arrowroot flour

Instructions

Chop veggies and paneer into small cubes.

Splutter jeera in hot oil.

Add in all the veggies with salt and peppercorn.

Now add in water and arrowroot powder and give it a good mix. Add in paneer.

Close cook until veggies are cooked.

Finally, add in chopped paneer, chilli flakes, and oregano & let it come to a boil.

Add the coriander leaves and dig in!
Tips
Add arrowroot powder right after adding water; water shouldn’t be hot.
You can also add mushrooms for a good flavor.
