Roast hazelnuts until golden; you’ll notice the natural oils on it.

Blend it while it's still warm.

Pulse a few times and scrape down the walls.

Once the hazelnuts come to a creamy consistency, add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
Tips
For the original Nutella flavor, use hazelnuts.
You can also swap hazelnuts with other nuts of choice like peanuts, cashews, almonds, etc.
This stays good for months, even without refrigeration.
