This is one of my favourite alternatives to mayo, its has a chatpata flavour!

Ingredients
Oil
3 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp
Lemon
as needed
Kasuri Methi
2 pinch
Pepper powder
as needed
Instructions

Transfer curd to muslin cloth, tie it and put a weight on it.

Place it in a colander so that all the whey water in curd drains out

Into a bowl, add oil, Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and methi leaves. Whisk it well and then add the hung curd and whisk again.
