Blend fresh fruits separately to make juice with 1/2- 3/4 cup water. I used kiwi, grapes, and orange.

Into a pan mix 1 cup water with 1 tsp agar agar (not on flame) & desi khand. After mixing well, switch on the flame and cook until it comes to a boil (keep mixing). The crystals of agar agar should’ve fully dissolved, check by dipping a spoon and check if there are bits of agar agar.

After agar agar powder is dissolved, add 1 cup of fruit juice and cook for 3 mins, continuously stir it.

Now pour this out into a mould and add some fresh fruits. Leave it for 1 hr or so for it to harden to jelly form.

It tastes best when cold.

Agar agar doesn’t need to be refrigerated to set, it also sets in room temperature.

The setting process can be quickened by refrigerating.

Store in the fridge, lasts for 2 weeks.
