Soak nuts and dates in hot water for 10 minutes and peel almonds.

Soak chia and sabja for 5 mins.

Cut mangoes, add to blender along with soaked nuts (discard water), soaked dates (use water) and add 1/2 cup water. Blend smooth.

Transfer to bowl, top with soaked seeds, seeds and dry fruits of choice and more chopped mangoes to bite into!
Tips
Discard water from soaking nuts/lentils, soaking is important to remove the phytic acid content in these.
