Blend mango to make a puree.

Add the puree and desi khand to a pot and cook until it thickens.

Once cooked, add in a squeeze of lime juice, the seeds and let it cool down.

Store airtight in the fridge.
Tips
You can also add mango chunks if you like to bite in while having jams.
