This is a great way of preserving jackfruits!

Ingredients

Instructions

Puree jackfruit coarsely (2 cups puree).

Add it into a pot along with water, jaggery and cardamom.

Let it cook and thicken such that the water evaporates.

Once cooked add in the ghee.

After it cools, store in a clean airtight jar.
