Transfer curd to muslin cloth, tie it, and put a weight on it.

Place it in a colander so that all the whey water in curd drains out.

Soak apricot in water until soft.

Deseed apricot and blend smooth.

Add hung curd and apricot puree and mix it well.

Refrigerate and serve cold.
Tips
Lasts up to a week.
You can also use Greek yogurt instead of hung curd.
