Instructions

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Sauté chopped capsicum and tomato with turmeric, pepper, and salt to taste.

Mash paneer and add it in, cook until well combined.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve on a bed of lettuce and roll it up.
Tips
After washing lettuce, make sure to remove the excess water. Salad spinners are useful for this.
