Ingredients

Garlic

Mushroom
1 pack
Tomato

Spinach
1 handful
Turmeric
1/2 tsp
Pepper powder
1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves

Instructions

Into a pan add in oil and sautee garlic until golden.

Now add in the mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, turmeric, pepper and salt.

Once the mushroom leaves out water, add in some sieved besan and mix well to remove lumps.

Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy!
Tips
I used homegrown ceylon spinach instead of normal spinach.
