Boil water and add in all veggies of choice, you can use veggie scraps and soggy veggies too!

Add cloves and salt for flavor.

Let everything come to a rolling boil and let the veggies cook so that their flavor seeps into the water.

Sieve the water and pour into the soup of your choice!
Tips
You can also use water from cooking noodles instead of plain water.
If you want a thick stock, you can add arrowroot powder/corn flour.
Ensure to use organic veggies if you’re using their skin; else, use whole veggies.
