Blend mango with dates.

Into a bowl, take 4 tbsp of water and add in the arrowroot flour, mix well.

Now, into a pan, add the mango puree with arrowroot flour slurry.

Cook until all the water is evaporated, and it gets thick.
Tips
Lasts 2-3 weeks.
Great for cake toppings.
