Add all the ingredients into a bowl, add water (gradually), knead to form a chapathi-like dough.

Rest the dough by covering with a wet cloth for 15 mins (important).

Roll it as thin as possible to circles & semi-cook it on a hot tawa for 2 mins (don’t let it fully cook like chapathi). Apply some oil/ghee on it.

Cut it into triangles & bake at 160°C for 10-15 mins or until crisp. It should turn slightly golden brown.

Add some ghee/oil into the nachos bowl & add spicy cheese seasoning.
