Cut all the fruits and blend it fine.

Add it into a pot with mishri & cook until it thickens.

Be careful to not put on high flame, the jam will start to splutter.

Once almost cooked, squeeze in the lime.

Let it cool before storing in jar.
Tips
You can change the quantities of each fruit to change the colour of the jam.
Mishri will melt in the heat, you don’t have to powder it.
If you’re using thread mishri, remember to remove the thread.
