Ingredients
Butter
1 tbsp
Garlic
2 cloves
Coriander leaves
1 handful
Corn cob
1 cob
Instructions

Boil/steam corn cob for 5 mins

Place it on fire to char it slightly, keep rotating it.

Make a mix of butter, curd, tandoori masala, grated garlic, coriander leaves and salt.

Brush the mix onto the cob and roast it on an oiled tawa.

Keep rotating the corn so all sides are cooked and apply the mix again and grill.
