Instructions

Soak poha in water until it softens (5 mins)

Add in grated coconuts & jaggery and massage it well so that the poha takes on the flavours

Pound nuts coarsely, add it in along with seed mix & dry fruits of your choice

Serve with fresh bananas and a drizzle of ghee (optional)
