Instructions

Soak barley overnight and cook it for 30 mins or until cooked.

Splutter mustard, cumin, curry leaves and garlic in oil.

Then sautee onions, once it's golden add in the rest of the veggies, turmeric, pepper, salt, and garam masala.

Sprinkle some water and close cook the veggies.

Add the cooked barley, along with fresh coriander & roasted peanuts.

Mix well and serve hot.
