Instructions

Add curd into a sieve or into a cheese cloth, so that the whey water in curd is removed (hung curd).

Once all the water comes off, take the thick hung curd out and add sattu, besan, garlic (grated), tandoori masala, turmeric, oil and salt.

Cut veggies & paneer into medium sized cubes.

Marinate the veggies in the batter, push them into skewers.

Bake at 200°C for 25-30 mins.
Tips
Marinate for 1 hour for better flavour.
You can also grill it on a tawa.
