Ingredients
Black chana
1/4 cup
Green chana
1/4 cup
White chana
1/4 cup
Mustard seeds
1 tsp
Cumin seeds
1 tsp
Turmeric
1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
1 sprig
Coconut
1/4 cup
Instructions

Soak a handful of green, black, and white chana for 6 hours.

Pressure cook chana with salt and turmeric for two whistles.

For tempering, splutter mustard seeds in oil with curry leaves.

Add the cooked chana into it and mix well, add salt to taste.

Switch off the flame and add in some grated coconut.
Tips
Shallots, onions, garlic can be added too for flavor.
