Masoor dal

Seed mix

Amaranthus leaves

Soak oats, green gram, toor dal, masoor dal, poha, and seed mix for 5 hours.

Blend it with water, add greens of choice (coriander, palak, amaranths), and add salt to taste.

Spread it onto a hot tawa and make it crisp.
