Grate cheese & mix in some arrowroot powder (to absorb the moisture).

Let it air dry until crisp.

Powder with turmeric, salt & oregano.
Tips
Store in a dry area in an airtight container. If you want it to last for 3+ months, store it in the fridge.
Use it to make cheesy popcorn/makhana.
