Wash & remove onion skin (powder & use for plants).

Slice thin, sundry until crisp.

Slightly roast them (optional - only if it’s still soggy, this changes the flavour to slightly caramel). You could use this without powdering too, to garnish biryanis (without added oil!).

Blend.
Tips
Lasts for more than 6 months if stored and dried well.
Use as added flavour in biryanis.
