Instructions

Soak almonds for 5 hours/overnight.

Blend first with 1/4 cup water so the almonds blend fine and then add the rest of the water.

Sieve it to remove bits of unground almonds.

Use the almond fibre after sieving to make soups, chapatis, curries, etc.
