Soak oats overnight (5 hours).

Rinse and wash it using a strainer such that it doesn’t feel slimy to touch.

Blend it in cold water along with ice.

Sieve and it’s ready!
Tips
If you blend in room temperature water oat milk will turn slimy, from being heated up during the blending process.
Pulp after sieving can be used in soups, chapatis, cookies etc.
Soaking oats helps remove phytic acid in oats, which is a nutrient inhibitor. Discard water after soaking.
