This is a cake icing recipe made without sugar!

Soak nuts, seeds and dates in warm water for 1-2 hours.

Drain water and add soaked ingredients to blender.

Add 2-3 tbsp of water and blend to make a fine paste.

Now, whisk soft butter, the paste & vanilla essence.

Freeze for about 30min for consistency.

Take it out, whisk it really well.

Spread the icing onto the cake and voila!
Tips
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
This method will not let your butter separate. If you see that butter from the paste has split, use double boiling method to melt the butter, whisk well and pop into fridge for 20mins.
