Coconut

Cashew

Instructions

Roast ragi flour until aromatic.

Grate coconuts.

Add all the ingredients (except sattu) into a blender and grind coarsely.

Mix in the sattu into the ground dough and roll it into ladoos.

Add in a cashew into each ladoo.
Tips
Sattu is a natural source of protein, you can add more to adjust the consistency.
