Boil full-fat milk and reduce it until it becomes mawa or the milk thickens.

Once it thickens, add jaggery, ghee & cardamom. Mix well & let it cool down. It hardens as it cools.

Shape into desired shapes & add in nuts of choice.
Tips
Using milk takes a few hours to reduce, you could also start with mawa to reduce cooking time.
