Instructions

Roast ragi flour on low flame until aromatic (about 5-8 mins).

Transfer it to a bowl and add sattu flour (for some added protein).

Add ghee and jaggery syrup to the mixture. Adjust these to suit your taste.

Add walnuts and shape it into balls, that’s it!

Tips

Ghee can be replaced with peanut butter or any nut butter of choice. Add enough to adjust to ladoo-like consistency; it will require more than 1/2 cup.

You can also top it with sesame seeds or add nuts of choice.
