Radish leaves

Instructions

Blend any greens of choice (I used radish leaves) with water - 3/4 cup.

Now mix the green puree with the besan and add in the rest of the ingredients.

Add water to adjust consistency, batter should not be runny.

Spread it onto a hot tawa, drizzle in some oil/ghee and cook both sides until crisp.
Tips
Add all the veggies into a manual veggie chopper, instead of cutting separately.
