Horse gram

Coconut

Tamarind

Coriander leaves
1 handful
Curry leaves
1 sprig
Mustard seeds

Roast hurli/horse gram until it pops and turns golden.

Now add it into a blender with coconuts, tamarind (soaked), and coriander.

Into oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and add it into the blended chutney as tempering and mix well.

Let the hurli slow cook until brown and turn fully crisp
