Ingredients
Oil
1 tbsp
Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp
Onion
1 no
Tomato
1 no
Carrot
1 no
Peas
1/4 cup
Corn
1/4 cup
Broccoli
1 cup
Microgreens
1 handful
Rava/Semolina
1 cup
Instructions

Roast rava so that the upma doesn't become sticky, keep aside.

Let cumin & mustard splutter in the oil.

Cook onions until golden brown.

Add carrots, corn, peas and diced small broccoli florets. Let them cook & add salt to taste.

Once veggies are cooked add in diced tomatoes and 3 cups of water.

Add roasted rava into the pan while continuously mixing.

Close cook for 2-3 mins.

Once opened all the water would’ve been soaked up by the rava. Give it a good mix.

Enjoy your upma with some thick chutney!
Tips
You can also add roasted cashews and peanuts at the end after cooking (to retain crispiness).
