This is a great way of adding finger millet into your diet, along with yummy veggies!

Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp
Turmeric
1/2 tsp
Pepper powder

Chana dal

Urad dal
1 tbsp
Cashew

Curry leaves

Coriander leaves

Soak ragi flakes in 1/2 cup water until soft.

Splutter mustard, cumin & curry leaves in oil (add chillies too if you like).

Roast peanuts, chana dal, urad dal, and cashew (add in the same order, peanuts need more roasting time, add chana dal after some time, followed by urad and cashew at the end. Roast until slightly brown.

Sauté onions with the turmeric, pepper, and salt, cook until soft.

Add corn, once cooked, in goes tomatoes.

Add soaked ragi flakes.

Mix everything on low flame & sprinkle some water and close cook for 2 mins. Garnish with coriander & we're done!
You can add any veggies of choice.
After soaking flakes, strain to remove excess water, ragi flakes are small.
Soaking time is lesser for ragi flakes (2-3 mins).
