Ingredients
Soya chunks

Rice
1/2 cup
Onion
1 no
Tomato
1 no
Garlic
4 no
Ginger
1 inch
Palak/ Spinach
1 cup
Coriander leaves
1 handful
Bay leaf
1 no
Cardamom
3 no
Cloves
3 no
Cinnamon stick
1 no
Water
as needed
Instructions

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 5 minutes.

Into a blender, blend palak, coriander, ginger, garlic and onion.

Into hot oil, add bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, diced tomato and the green puree.

Now add garam masala, salt, soaked soya and washed rice. Mix well and pour 3/4 cup water.

Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
