This is a dosa/idli podi made with curry leaves, it's so flavourful! Great to also pair with ghee and hot rice. A unique blend that brings a burst of freshness to your meals.

Ingredients
Curry leaves
2 cups
Peanuts
1/4 cups
Chana dal
1/4 cups
Urad dal
3 tbsp
Coriander seeds
1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp
Tamarind
1 small piece
Instructions

Roast all the ingredients separately until aromatic. Let peanuts, chana dal, and urad dal roast until golden.

Once cooled, blend all the ingredients with salt.
Tips
This can be used to make quick chutney, just add 1 tbsp of the podi, spices of choice, grated coconut, and blend.
Podi can be served with ghee, drizzled onto dosa, idli, or rice.
You can also add dried red chilli if you prefer it spicy.
