This is a much recommended podi for women, its filled with seeds that are great for us! A nutrient-rich blend perfect for adding a healthful twist to traditional South Indian meals.

Ingredients
Flax seeds
1/2 cup
Black sesame
1/2 cup
Sunflower seeds
1/3 cup
Pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup
Chana dal
1/4 cup
Amchur powder
1/2 tsp
Instructions

Roast all the ingredients separately until aromatic.

Once cooled, blend all the ingredients with salt.
Tips
This can be used to make quick chutney, just add 1 tbsp of the podi, spices of choice, grated coconut, and blend.
Podi can be served with ghee, drizzled onto dosa, idli, or rice.
You can also add dried red chilli if you prefer it spicy.
Refrigerate it for an extended shelf life, else, it could develop mold.
Adjust the amount of salt and red chilli to suit your taste preferences.
